Order is put into Production and again when Posted, so please order online whenever possible.

The package Tracking reference will also be emailed to you with the package confirmation of despatch.

Repairs - we are aware that accidental damage can sometimes occur in which case we are happy to offer a repair service to our products for a small charge if the product is repairable. If you require this service please contact us prior to return.

5. Actual Neck Measurement.

6. Belt Measurement if ordering a Harness.

7. Leather or Soft Suede Backing.

8. Name and Full Postal Address.

Our products are all handmade to order which takes time,

please allow up to 28 working days for despatch.


Postage Rates as listed will be charged on all orders.

V. A. T. Within the UK and European Community, VAT will be charged at the rate ruling in the UK when the goods are invoiced, deliveries to the Channel Islands and places outside the E.U are not subject to VAT.
